Through the eyes of an intern:
Last week, I received an invitation to attend my best friend’s going away party. She is moving to New York from Toronto to start an exciting internship at a prestigious public relations firm. Her mother is throwing a dinner party for fifty of my pal’s closest friends. Although, I was very excited to eat delicious food and celebrate the next chapter of my friend’s life; as soon as I got the invitation, I became extremely anxious. As everyone knows, dinner parties are another form of a fashion show. This meant I would have to buy a gorgeous dress to impress the event’s attendees. There was just one problem: I could barely afford my daily large coffee.
I decided to go to Joe Fresh to look for a party dress at a reasonable price, not sure of exactly what I would find. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a warm and friendly salesperson. I told her my predicament: wanting to look as glamorous and fashion-forward as J.LO, but at a price where I could still keep my entire shoe collection. She showed me a variety of gorgeous summer dresses, all at extremely reasonable prices. She next took me to the dressing room, and gave me her honest opinion about every outfit she had found for me. We both agreed on one particular dress, and I left the store feeling like a young Sarah Jessica Parker. Without the fine customer service at Joe Fresh, I would be having nightmares about arriving to the dinner party in the same outfit as my mother.
Joe Fresh is located all over Toronto, usually inside Loblaw's Superstore. There are a variety of clothes for men, women, and children. Go to the one closest to you, and stay glamorous and while keeping your finances in check.
