The scheduled evaluations are conducted, to ascertain whether the standards and criteria that define your business are being followed. The BEE visits, calls, or emails your business and interacts with your employees as any customer would. Their evaluations are then based on the intended brand experience and will provide you with insight as to whether your employees are delivering the standards your business has set.
